Suggest Diet While Suffering From Gluten And Dairy Intolerance

I m gluten and dairy intolerant, also cannot tolerate fruit, when I eliminate these foods I feel deprived and go back to eating them after up to 3 weeks and feel miserable. I also had cataract surgery last year and when I eat the foods I m intolerant to my left eye will hemorage, also the floaters will increase. It s so hard for me to stick to the way I should eat. The only snacks I can have with no problems is nuts and I get tired of it after a while. Any suggestions?

Hi,

You can eat meat, poultry, fish, cereals, grains, potatoes, breads, biscuits, pasta, cakes, condiments, dips, desserts, sweets, sweeteners and spreads. All you have to avoid is wheat, rye, oats that is major gluten containing food.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
