Suggest Directions To Use Qlaira To Stop Periods

i am on Qlaira for my heavy periods. i want to start missing periods, to give my body some relief from the heavy bleeding. I am unsure at what point do i switch over to my new packet of tablets, so i don't get my period? I am half way thru my first packet of Qlaira at the moment! Is it the last 2 white tablets that i disregard?
