Suggest Directions To Use Althea Pills

hello doctor!im about to switch on althea pills now.just finished taking the 28day pills.i still have my menstruation but only the brown tissue.i dont know if im goin to take it the usual time of the day of taking my pills or not because its a new pill for me.pls help me..thanx
