Suggest Dosage For Agumentin 625 Drug

Doctor,
I have been suffering with severe cold,cough,temple ache for last 10 days. i was taking homeopathy medicines for this,but now my condition is not improving. For this I have staarted taking AUGMENTIN 625. Is it OK.
Please advice on the dosage & duration.
