Suggest Dosage For Althea Pills

Hi im taking althea pills. I always take my pills before going to bed/sleep. One time i forgt it so i took the missed tablet when i remenbered it (4:30 pm). That night i supposed to take the other tablet again but sad to say i forgt it again., what i did was i take the 1 tablet again in the morning (5:00 am). Am i right in that? Can i take the next tablet before going to bed? Can i continue to take the 3 left tablet?

Yes, you were right in taking the tablet in the morning when you remembered and you can use the next one at your normal scheduled time.

You can also complete the pack as normal.

It may be best to place the tablets in an area where you are likely to remember eg in the bathroom with your toothbrush , next to your alarm etc
