Suggest Dosage For Meftal Tablets For High Temperature In Children

Hi My daughter is 7 years old and has high temp..more than100..can she be given meftal tablet? She wieghs around 20kg..what is the dosage for meftal tablet? we used to give meftal P syrup 5 ml but now we want to shift to tablet?? can u let us know the dosage
