Suggest Dosage For Novelon Pills After Missing A Few Doses

Hi, Am 30yrs old now. i have 6yrs old kid. Its been a year hoping for the second child. But no hope. Hence consulted with a gynacologist, she preferred me novelon for 8 weeks. i missed takin it between of 1 or 2days. As per the tablet sheet, cycle gets over by today. Should i continue the missedpills or wait for my cycle, as am expecting it by next week.

Hi,

The missed pill needs to be taken as soon as realizing it by missing few pills totally. There is a chance of conception (if you had unprotected sex). Please let the missed pill be dropped & wait for periods. If you get it in time that's good, you can continue with new pack of pills & take them without a break. But in case period is delayed, you need to confirm pregnancy after 8 days delay & go for MTP (taking pill while pregnant is harmful to fetus).
