Suggest Dosage For Tramadol
Hi can you advise on a good substitute for difene please,am on tramadol 50mil 2x twice daily also for disc problems and shoulder pain,I do not want to destroy my liver with continued use of difene as I have been on 1 daily for more years than I care to remember! Thank you.

Tramadol is a good option especially for long term use. It will not harm your liver or kidneys. You can also use Tramadol paracetamol combination which will provide better pain relief.
