DOCTOR ,MY MOTHER IS 64 AND HER TOTAL W B C COUNT IS 4,300 / and platelet count is 1.42 / She have advised to take twice a day WYSOLONE 10mg for increase these counts prepare her cataract operation.Can you give some direction for using this tablets?

WBC count of 4200 per cc and platelet count of 1.42 per cc is acceptable for cataract surgery. In fact platelet count above 100 per cc is acceptable for most of the surgeries.
