Suggest Dosage Interval For Zenocin Od 800 Drugs

I have been prescribed 4D+ kit which include 4 medicines and also Zenocin od 800 for treatment of pott's spine .4 medicines in the kit are taken at diffrent time during the day mng(empty stomach) noon evng and night. my question is at what time zenocin od 800 is to be taken and the above mentioned schedule for administering the 4D+ is OK
