Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Anal fistula may be due to chronic constipation or diverticulitis or inflammatory bowel disease like Chron's disease.
This may cause fistulas.
Tuberculosis of anus may also cause anal fistula.
But we have to confirm it by pus culture and microscopy or with acid fast bacilli demonstrate etc.

Dosage depends upon the body weight, Forecox contain four drugs. Isoniazid, Rifampicin, Pyrezinamide and Ethombutol.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
