Suggest Dosage Of Levothyroxine Medicine For TSH 6.38

i am 24 weeks pregnant, and recently had my blood results which were 6.83 TSH , and they upped my prescription from 50mg levothyroxine to 75mg. is this correct?

My last blood result was 4.4 TSH n that consultant said it was perfect.when todays consultant said he needs to see it arouns 2 . TSH, im confused and concerned please help xx
