Suggest Dosage Of Lorazepam?

Hi, I just had a quick question about a drug I was recently prescribed called lorazepam 0.5 mg. I've never taken anxiety medication before, but I am leaving soon on a very long flight and I wanted to know how long do I have to wait to take a second pill after I had taken the first?
