Suggest Dosage Of Potassium Gluconate Supplement

I m taking a potassium gluconate pure powder product. I eat a reasonably balanced diet, record all food eaten in an online diary. I have been tracking my potassium intake for 35 days, and I don t get near the 3500 mgs. Does it seem reasonable that I add 1.1g, 2x a day of this supplement? It is 175 mgs. per dose.
