Suggest Dosage Of TEC Pills To Relieve Back Pain

Hi,I have severe back pain since 3 days, swollen lower back, can hardly get out of bed. I previously was given a little while TEC pill which I think is the good one to take, but I don't have the bottle. How many am I to take so that I can function, cannot go to the doctor right now.
