Suggest Dosage Of Deviry For PCOS

Hi I have PCOS haven t had normal period since years maybe a decade. I have to induce it with hormones. Am on Hormone Replacement Homeopathy Therapy for 6 months. Still no period. Am going back to Deviry to induce this time. My question is - a) dosage of deviry once a day or twice a day for how many days? b) Could I have some other condition as well- pre menopause or something. Should I be concerned about anything else?
