Suggest Duration For Taking Streptomycin Medicine For Spondylitis TB

i have been diaganosied as spondilities tb on L4 &L5 given with Akt4 from last 15 days mean while i have been adviced by the otho Dr to take 1 g streptomycin for only seven days. my question is is it only 7 days is sufficient normaly acourse of 60 days has to be taken Pl clarify is it 7 days sufficient or 60 days
