Suggest Duration Of Monocefo 200 And Wysolone Drugs

My Patient about 70 years is suffering from accute throat infection and upper respiratory tract infection, She has been taking MonocefO-200 twice daily for2 days, now can she change to AZ-3 500.She also has hreart problem and takes regular drugs for it. Also She has started Wysolone 10mg thrice daily from last one day , how long this has to be continued and in what order.
