I have a sister with what has been diagnosed as MS. She requires 24 care. She has run out of money to pay for her full time at home care, is ineligible for Medicaid. She refuses to go to a state facility because they are awful and I m afraid she may take her own life shortly. No one in our family is able to help her, either taking care of her full time, or financially get her into a half decent facility. WhT can we do. End
