Hi,

I would recommend you to apply hydroquinone 2 per cent cream on the freckles at night along with the application of a broad spectrum sunscreen on the entire face 2-3 times during the day time. Also, avoid direct sun exposure and use an umbrella, stole and sunglasses whenever out in the dun.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, Dermatologist
