Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
The treatment for acne depends upon the grade and severity of acne. So what would suit your skin best can only be decided once your skin has properly been analysed. However you may follow these guidelines to help you to some extent

Use a salicylic acid or glycolic acid face wash twice in a day( if your skin is too oily). If your skin is sensitive use a mild cleanser like episoft, cetaphil OS or cutirinz

If having comedones, get them extracted.
Avoid facials and massages. Avoid using greasy creams or cosmetics. USe water based moisturiser(neutrogena/clinique)

Apply adapalene clindamycin/adapalene benzoyl peroxide cream full face in night. Use only pea size amount for full face.

Follow these for two weeks to see, if you are having response. If not much improvement is seen, meet a dermatologist.

Take care
