hi im 33 years old n married for 2 years.we are now planning to conceive.last month we did not use any barrier but I did not conceive.i have irregular periods like once in 2 months.i did my usg which shows no abnormality. how do I concieve fast as I think if I keep trying then I might be late as m already 33.pls advise!

continuous regular unprotected sex during your fertile period will improve your chances of pregnancy.
so better to keep trying.
to regularise your period, take progesterone tablets after visiting your doctor.
thyroid evaluation is necessary.
if everything is normal, then dont worry.
