dx with ENTHESOPATHY OF HIP,MYALGIA AND MYOSITIS NOS,LUMBOSACRAL SPONDYLOSIS,SPRAIN LUMBAR REGION

I have had facet joint injections and RFA, after 3 months RFA is wearing off, I had no previous back complaints before this accident, I do not want to continue on the RFA treadmill, are there other options available,
