I got a pain in my left testicle and i relaised a particular point is swollen ( like a small grain) and very hurting to touch. but previous day i did not have any problem and previousday i had a very stiff erection. after that pain was subsuded within a day , but still i feel a kind of a small lump/grain size thing, what could it be ??
