Suggest Exercises After Treating Ruptured Patellar Tendon

I ruptured my. Patellar tendon. Had surgery 3/25. Need to regain range of motion. What is best excercise? Had a large open wound after 2nd cast put on 4/20 still not healed fully. What could this be. Howcan I make wound heal. Get electric shock in knee now what can this be

I really appreciate your concern, as long as your queries are concern I would say that let the wound healed first completely and there is no medicine available that could help in healing but of course infection is the matter of concern, once the wound healed and sealed then you can go for physiotherapy, but you can not do this on your own unless you learnt it, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
