Suggest Exercises For Relieving Chronic Pain From The Legs
I have chronic pain disease in my legs & want to know what exercises I can do that will not irritate my nerves? I have tried walking when I thought the pain management my Dr. has me on was working, but it irritated my nerves enough that could hardly even lift them for two days.

You have to rule out the cause for chronic leg pain. For that, you need to investigate with X-ray of a local part and neurological examination. If needed your doctor will suggest you Doppler ultrasound to rule out any vascular cause if present.
