Suggest Exercises To Improve The Body Posture

Hello Dr. Rynne I would like to find a specialist to help me to improve my posture. I am a 52 year old female--I lift weights 3X a week but am still struggling with rounded shoulders and poor alignment--albeit no pain. Is an osteopath, physical therapist or chiropractor preferable?

Hello,

A physical therapist would be preferable to work with posture, helping you through appropriate exercises to strengthen the correct spine muscles to maintain proper posture. Apart from that yoga would also be a very beneficial activity.
