Suggest Food When Diagnosed With COPD, AF And Lipidemia
I am a 73 y/o, white male. I have COPD, AFIB, and a pacemaker. My Neurologist says that I have Lipodemia primarily in my left ankle which swells to twice or more on several occasions. I wear compression stockings almost every day and have inflatable leggings that I wear for one hour that work most of the time. I had a similar reaction with Norvasc several years ago, discontinued its use and the swelling went away almost immediately. My question now is can nitrates in foods trigger these episodes? If so, can you recommend a source for diet data? Thank you for any help/wisdom. Best.regards, Cliff Matthews Palm Coast, FL YYYY@YYYY
