Suggest Fruits/vegs For Diabetic Paitents

Hi back, I have tyepe 2 diabetes- I have been juicing but my sugars have risen - i have juiced together carrots celery lemon ginger and apple, making about 1 ltr at a time. what vegs/fruits can i use that won't affect my sugar levels. thank you for you assistance AP

Dear its not advisable to take any fruit juices in diabetes because since juicing is a form of concentrating of energy it will make your sugars to raise.
vegetable juices are allowed but not carrot and beat root.
if you want to take fruits only one fruit not more than 100 gms is allowed.
