Suggest Good Genital Cleanser
Hello, I seem to have trouble finding the right intimate cleanser.. I have tried everything in stores but they are just not good for me. My genital area gets all itchy, red with little white spots which looks like its inflammated and even hurts a bit.

From history it seems that you might be having some local skin problem like fungal infection or dermatitis or even might be side effect of using various cleanser.
Apply anti-fungal cream locally.
Clean the genital parts with plane running water and soap while taking shower.
Keep local part clean, dry and airy.
Wear cotton inner wears.
Avoid more perspiration.
Ok and take care.
