Suggest Good Protein Powder To Gain Weight

Hi , my name is shanawaz i want to increase my weight and i want to make a good personality by taking protein powders ... can u plzz suggest me whether it causes any side effects in future if i také protein powders .my present weight is now 59kgs..

Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Ideal weight is height in cm minus 100 plus or minus 5 in Kg. Normal protein needed for body is 1g per Kg. So If you have 59 Kg you need around 60g protein per day. Taking 100 grams is ok also. But if you exercise you can take little more. If you are simply taking excess protein then it will just increase the work load of your kidney only. You can take supplements like b protein powder or several whey protein you get in markets.
