To prevent hair loss, you have to rule out few conditions when hair loss is common.
If any or more problems are there, go for treatment.
1, Local lesion like dermatitis,
2, fungal infection of scalp,
3, Dandruff.
$, Anemia.
5, Hypothyroid.
Consult your physician and get examined.
Use branded hair oil or shampoo.
Take more green veggies, fresh fruits.
Take plenty of water.
Avoid stress.
Ok and take care.
