Suggest Healthy Way Of Gaining Weight

Hey docs I am 20 years old male roughly 5 9 but i only weigh 50kg I need help and advice for putting on weight and sometimes I feel like I get diharroea a bit too often as well sometimes more than 2 days in a row mostly when I don t eat well is it my diet should I go to the doctor what should I do bit embarrassing training when you re very underweight too help me please

Hi

The cause of diarrhoea should be identified and treated.Chronic diarrhoea can prevent weight gain.

Any gastrointestinal infections,Long term use of antibiotics, Inflammatory bowel disease, Lactose intolerance,Irritable Bowel syndrome, Malabsorption and nutritional deficiencies should be ruled out.

Probiotics should be taken regularly which can reduce diarrhoea.
The cause should be treated along with dietary changes.Healthy diet is foremost important for weight gain. Increase your daily protein intake to see good results.

Calculate your daily protein requirement based on body weight.Increase pulses,beans,eggs,curd and meat in your diet.

Protein powder along with milk can be twice a day.Adequate hydration is also essential.
