Suggest Herbal Treatment For Concreted Hair Shaft

I have concretion of the hair shaft. My hair contracted this disease nine years ago. It looks so bad now I have to wear a wig. It used to be soft and baby fine. Now it is hard and has a jagged zig-zag pattern. I have been to countless doctors, not even a little better. Do you know of any Chinese or alternative medicine herbal cures?
