Suggest Home Remedies For Breathlessness, Tingling In Face, Itchy Eyes And Palpitations

My son has been experiencing high blood pressure, tingling in his face, itchy eyes and shortness of breath for about 2 weeks now. He has been taking Advocare for about 2 months but has stopped that for about 1-1/2 weeks. He just got another episode of tingling in his face, shortness of breath, itchy eyes, heart rate is up. Feels like he could pass out. Any quick remedies he can do at home? He saw a doctor Friday and got blood tests and a urine test, the results of which we are waiting for yet.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms of tingling in face itching of eye, and shortness of breath may not be due to hypertension, but this could be due to some allergic condition, may be asthmatic attack and this can be managed on tentative basis with "Tab Ketotifen 1mg" once in day after meal, try this, emotion stress need to be avoided, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
