Suggest Home Remedies For Painful, Swollen, White Patch From Septum To Inside The Nose
My son has a white patch on the septum running in a straight line following the ridge of the inside of his nose. It is very painful and swollen. He has allergies and uses Flonase. It is soring here in Oklahoma. How can i help this heal at home not to hot on using antibiotics but of course will if needed.

As per your complain it seems that you have got a painful, swollen, white patch from septum to inside the nose it seems to be most probably due to bacterial sinusitis .Consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like Throat swab culture , CT scan of sinus or nasal endoscopy can help in diagnosis and get treated.You can be advised to take a course of stronger antibiotics like Augmentin or AZITHROMYCIN, anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen.You can do warm saline gargles 3 to 4 times a day along with warm saline nasaal rinses .Drink warm water with one spoon honey in it twice a day .Avoid spicy and hard as well as chilled foods. Painkillers like acetaminophen can be taken for severe pain.
