Hello about Friday morning I had an accident with a knife stabbed my head but I m sure there s no damage to my skull is there any possiblility that I may have hit a nerve I still have constant headaches sharp pains even hurts when I look around and is there anything I could do to treat at home

It's impossible to say by text messaging what actual damage you COULD'VE DONE with a knife. It is highly UNLIKELY you penetrated or cracked the skull unless you fell at the same time and hit your head on the ground. The only way to really know the extent to which the knife damaged the head is to see a doctor who will examine the wound under direct visualization.
