Suggest Home Remedies For Swelling And Soreness In My Vagina

Last night my boyfriend and I were messing around (not intercourse). Well he was penetrating my vagina with his finger, and there was no pain that I noticed during the time of penetrating. But this morning when I woke up and walked around I noticed a pain. So I checked it out with my fingers, there was fluid between the folds of skin and the left outer vagina lip was swollen and sore to a touch. This has happened before but before it was after having sex without enough lubrication, and it was swollen a lot bigger. So since I do not feel the need to go to a doctor how could i treat this quickly at home? Please and thank you!
