Suggest Home Remedies To Reduce BP During Pregnancy

hi, i am 28 weekd pregnant and have high BP 150/100 for the last 10 days. i would not like to take medicine (alphadopa) and would like to take the BP down by home remedies.
Will there be any effect on the baby if i do not take the medicine (Alphadopa)???

Precise causes of hypertension during hv not been worked out. But if u chose not to take medicine. Chances of unconciousness or premature bleeding increase. Follow ur dr advice
