Hi,

As per your complain you have problem of severe headache that is unilateral and that may be because of migraine problem. Lack of sleep and tension also lead to headache. Sinusitis or ear problem or TMJ problem lead to referred pain in head.

Low blood sugar level or dehydration also cause headache problem. Abdominal gas or constipation problem cause a headache problem. Start a treatment according to cause. Mention the intensity and duration of pain with aggravating factor. Before diagnose any thing detail history give exact idea about problems. Consult a physician for further diagnosis.
