Suggest Home Remedy For Green Pus Discharge From Ears

My great grandson has had a problem with his ears since February. Doctor keeps changing the antibiotics. Now a green puss comes out and he also has a cough and runny noise that never clears up. I think the ear drums are perforated now. Is their a home remedy that can work for this 2 year old?

No home remedies for a presentation like this and please do not try anything unapproved. Any wrong experiments can cause serious damage to his hearing which can be permanent.

Infections are common and their severity varies, but his doctor will know what to do and at what pace.
