I have headaches in the temple area and light headed from at times headaches are often but don t last long i have high blood pressure and take hydrochlorothiazde for my blood pressure I do not take any other medications what is this ? What can I do at home for this until I see my dr.

Home remedies for headache include:
Proper self hydration
Taking more Magnesium in the form of green leafy vegetables
Llimit alcohol
Getting adequate sleep
Avoiding coffee and
Soothing pain with a cold compress
