Suggest Home Remedy For Lesion With Blisters In The Pelvic Region

I have a lesion extending from my butt crack that is about a centimeter wide. It is red and inflamed. There are a couple bumps to the side that look like pimples, which would make sense as I'm about to start my period and I've treated the area with Polysporin, thus clogging pores. The lesion no longer causes searing pain, but it feels bruised and it doesn't seem to be healing. Is there anything else I can do at home or do I absolutely have to go to my doctor?
