Suggest Home Remedy For Pain In Jaw Radiating Towards Ear

My child complains jaw pain that radiates to her ear for 2 consecutive nights already. She cries and wakes up every time she is in pain which i think as intermitent. The first night shes in pain it only lasted for 3 episodes with probably 10mims pain each. 2nd time feels like worse she had like 6-7 episodes and now at the other side. 1st time was pain at the right side 2nd ia left side. Another symptom is the pain is not there at daytime. What could it be and what do i need to do? Im thinking of bringimg here to a dentist but is there a home remedy that could somehow ease the pain? Thanks

As per your complain pain in jaw radiating to ear is commonly seen in conditions related to decayed tooth and when the decay reaches the nerves present in the central portion of tooth the inflammation of nerves leads to severe pain and the pain can also radiate to the jaw and ear..
Nothing to worry, consult a Dentist and get evaluated and in case of tooth infection an IOPAR [x-ray] can be done to confirm the cause and treatment can be planned accordingly..

As of now you can give Ibuprofen for pain relief..
