Suggest Home Remedy For Sinus Infection

I am suffering from what appears to be my third sinus infection since February. I have not been to the dr yet this time because of the holiday weekend. I am miserable. What do you suggest as a home remedy until I can see a dr on Tuesday? The other 2 times I was put on a ten day antibiotic regimen.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The congestion of the sinuses can be helped by: (1) warm compresses to the face
(2) humidifier or steam inhalation
(3)over the counter decongestants and oral antihistamines
(4)if you have a steroid nasal, it should be used consistently
