Hi,

You can take certain foods with high contents of sodium like fresh or frozen fish or shell fish, chicken or turkey breast without skin, lean cuts of beef and pork, salted nuts and seeds and dried beans as well as peas. These foods should keep your sodium level normal.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
