General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
A varicocele is an abnormal enlargement of the pampiniform venous plexus, which drains the testicles, in the scrotum.
In your case, it seems that your testis size is increasing and experiencing mild pain, it indirectly states that the varicocele is also progressing. The operation what you had for drainage of fluid due to hydrocele.
There is no definitive treatment described by alternate medicines.
You need to consult Surgeon at the earliest and undergo varicocele surgery.
An alternative to surgery would be to undergo embolization, which is a minimally invasive treatment that is performed by an interventional radiologist.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
