Suggest Homeopathic Remedy For Partial Hearing Loss And Ringing In Both Ears With History Of Exposure To High Sound

due to exposure to high sound i suffer partial hearing loss(mild in one ear and moderate to severe in another).. doctor prescribed me betamethasone 3 mg /day ,trinerve 1 daily ,comblamine 1 daily ,bcomplex 2 daily ,shelcal i daily all for 15 days .now the hearing is improved but one ear is still bad (doctor says there could have been some earlier damage due to viral infection in this particular ear which was unnoticed earlier ).and there is ringing sound in both ears .(The trauma happened durong this deevali about 12 days back ). doctor also told to do vaso diallation excercises . i am otherwise healthy and aged 56 normal BP/collesterol/sugar etc., only suffering from mild spondolosis for last few years. But i suffer from anxiety due to hearing loss and worried about future . i am a working professional and music fan who cant appreciate music now.Help me . whether i will be fully recovered? are there any yoga excercise to improve circulation and cure?
