Suggest Homeopathy Treatment For Anxiety

Hello Doctor, My self Santosh More, 32 (Pune ,Sangvi). From last 8-9 months i have been suffering through the health anxiety and related problems. Anxiety (Fear about different diseases, physical vibration, dullness, loosing the balance, short tempered) Anal fisher/Piles Digestion/ Stomach cleaning Eye problem i had been taking some antidepressant like nexito for last six months but of no use. >Now i am seeking for a homoepathy treatment,Will it help me? Please advice.
