General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I suggest a high intake of carbohydrates which are easily digestible like soft rice, porridge and fruit custards.

I also recommend fluids like coconut water, lassi, fruit juices, and glucose water.

Soft cooked vegetables, mashed potatoes and fruits like apple, banana, and oranges.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
